  Service was good at first, food was good, but docking stars due to the confusion with the wing special and service for a group.
  
  We came in with a group of 10 for a birthday and the waitresses said that they preferred we all place our drink and wing orders individually at the bar instead of sending a waitress over to take orders. After we all went up to place orders, a waitress came by afterwards.
  
  We came in for the 10 cent wings and we all got conflicting info. Nowhere on the board or anywhere did it say you must purchase a certain number of drinks to get the special, then we all got conflicting info. One waitress said nothing, another said 1 drink per dozen wings, another said 2 drinks per dozen. If you ordered a pitcher, that only counted as one drink. Like what? Why all the confusion? With such a deal I understand why the restaurant was mostly empty now.
  
  I felt like we were taken advantage of because we were a group and they were quiet that night.
  
  Not sure if I'll come back.

  Wings were good. Pint prices are good ($4.50 for 12 Gates). Wing prices are good. I think it was 8.99/dozen and most places these days charge $10-12 for 10. The 10 cent wing special does have a condition, you must buy two drinks per dozen to get the 10 cent/wing price. Unfortunately a pitcher apparently only counts as one drink and I ordered my pitcher before I ordered wings. If I had known I would have just ordered 4 pints and gotten two of the three dozen at the cheaper price. Since the regular price is still cheaper than most places I go I wasn't too mad, just wish I had known ahead of time.

  I've been to Pappas a lot over the years. It was always a good location for friends and I to catch a game. When they renovated a few years back I was excited for a fresh look. Unfortunately I don't go much any more since it has really been run to the ground.
  The only good things are the Barman who has been there for years is so friendly and will always remember you. You also can't beat the prices.
  My biggest problem with the place is its cleanliness. The place has a sour smell and the bathroom (men's at least) is a whole new level of dirty.

  WORST service in buffalo for a Wednesday night. Bartender incapable of doing more than one drink at a time. Took 45 min for acknowledgment at bar. If she was legally blind I would not be surprised. When we finally were able to order she was aggressive and rude.. like was inconveniencing her by wanting to spend money.  ..Absolutely terrible.

  Best 10 cent wings, must try flavors, cheap food cheap drinks enjoy pool or darts. Plenty of parking and plenty of room around the bar, they have a special everyday of the week that always hits the spot. Best customer service and friendly bartenders
